Shipping Times
Once we receive your order, it will usually be processed within 1-3 business days before it ships out, and up to 5 days at most unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Orders ship out by UPS or Fedex Ground, or USPS for smaller items. Shipping outside the lower 48 states is via USPS.
Once the order ships, transit times depend on the distance between the warehouse and the delivery address. Most locations in the lower 48 states will receive delivery within 1-5 business days.
Items marked “quick ship” will ship from our Wisconsin warehouse usually within 1 business day, and deliver to most locations within about 1-4 business days.
Tracking numbers will be emailed to you usually within 1-2 business days of the order shipping out. Order status and tracking numbers will also be available on the website order status page, or via your account if you have one.
Once your order is placed, your “order success” confirmation page can be refreshed for updates. This will allow you to view the status of your order and access tracking information. For any other updates on shipping please contact us.

We’ll do our best to expedite the order processing and shipping rate where possible, but please note expedited shipping will cost more than regular shipping.
Returns
Please read our return policy prior to ordering. Please take note of any instructions relating to eligibility for returning items, such as keeping the original packaging and contacting us within 30 days etc.
